The Compensation Calculator is a tool to predict total compensation and total compensation ranges of positions of Proposal Management professionals. This tool was developed by analyzing the total compensation data of participants of this year’s study and developing a predictive model based on that data.

Please note that there are additional variables that come into play when determining the true value of compensation (benefits such as healthcare, retirement, continuing education, etc.).
